Our Company - Past, Present & Future

Headstart Communications was founded by Masood Hasan and three friends in 1997. Within a short span of a year, the agency signed an equity agreement with Publicis Worldwide and thus in 1998, Publicis Pakistan was formed.

We are part of the Publicis Groupe which is the world's third largest communications group and we are standing strong on a foundation laid by four decades of invaluable experience of the Pakistani advertising industry put together with the infinite energy that is a trademark of our young and unrelenting team, we are the ideal blend of experience & drive.

Our team includes dedicated professionals who understand the local market and have great relations with the media which help determine the optimum and most appropriate exposure for our clients. We provide a wide array of services under one roof to assist our clients with the utmost convenience and ease. Our strength lies in our team, whose innovation, talent and energy has made us one of the leading advertising agencies in Pakistan and has helped us churn out award winning campaigns for Pakistani and international brands.

In honor of our late founder, we are happy to revive the Headstart name under new leadership but with the same spirit. Headstart Advertising formed in May 2015, is not only a dedication to one of the legends of advertising in Pakistan, it is an agency that builds upon the pillars that Masood Hasan led his life by. Ethics, morals, honesty and above all, dedication to the brands that we work with, these are some of the standards that we hold dear.

For over two decades, the agency has been on the cutting edge of the advertising industry. During this time the agency has achieved many milestones including the entire management and planning of the only 3 International level marathons in Pakistan, the successful launch of the Nestle Pure Life (the first country globally to launch the Nestle brand of water), as well as many more accolades.

The agency continues to develop plans that have worked well for its various clients in PR, Corporate Communications, Event Management, ATL and BTL promotions and, of course, Creative Strategies and Designing.
